    1. After you sign up, you'll get a link to a questionnaire in your email. Fill it out fully and submit. If you don’t see it within an hour, check your spam folder. 
    2. I'll start building out your training and diet plan. Give me a week to complete it. Perfection takes time. If you don’t see it in your inbox, check your spam folder. Sometimes it will end up in there. 
    3. Now follow your plan and put in the work. You'll get a weekly checkin reminder to hit me up with any questions and give me a progress update so I can adjust your program if necessary.
